We at Black Lab LLC maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer merchandise credits, except as required by law.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter promptly.
